A simple lunch rustled up from things already in the fridge.
The soup is the whizzed up second half of the Vegetable Stew from the other day, and the wraps contain some Protein Salad mixed with sliced cucumber and chopped onion. There's something very refreshing about a wrap made with a lettuce leaf instead of bread.
It's still filling .... but not stodgily so.
